I bought a light from gvmled.com because I thought my Sony-style batteries would work with it, but yeah… they didn’t. The mount felt kind of off, and it kept losing contact like it wasn’t sitting in there properly. I went back and checked the listing again, and it still wasn’t super clear about which batteries actually fit, or maybe I missed it but… either way, not great. Ended up having to buy another battery just to even test the light. Frustrating and not really what I was expecting...

It felt overpriced for what I got. The product/service was just okay, but not enough to justify the cost. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, I kept getting pushed and reminded so often that it became annoying. Overall, not a great experience for the price

I do like that this light can run either on battery or plugged in, which makes shoots a lot easier. I wasn’t totally sure how much I’d use both options, but it’s been more convenient than I expected. It works fine overall, though I do wish the battery details on the site were a little clearer before buying

I bought these lights hoping to use them for video work, but the color output wasn’t quite what I expected. Skin tones looked a bit off on camera, so I found myself having to correct them each time. They may work fine for other setups, but for my needs, they were a little disappointing.

The light itself works fine, but the heat is kind of frustrating. I used it for about an hour and it was already getting warm enough that I didn’t feel great leaving it on much longer. Then the fan noise ramps up too, which isn’t what I was expecting. It feels like the goalposts keep moving, first it’s supposed to just be a solid light, then you have to worry about heat, noise, and how long you can actually run it. Not terrible, but definitely annoying.

The box arrived crushed, and the lights inside didn’t seem like they had much protection at all. Kinda disappointing to open it up and see everything packed so poorly

well... I bought these from Great Video Maker and wasn’t impressed. The light quality felt cheap, the colors looked a bit off, and the brightness wasn’t even across the setup. I tried using them a few times, but ended up putting them aside because they just weren’t working for me.

I ordered some lights and ended up waiting almost two weeks with barely any updates along the way. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for being impatient instead of actually helping me figure out what was going on. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I only had it for about a week before the stand cracked, which was really frustrating. It felt kind of cheap and flimsy right out of the box, and that part was weird because I expected it to hold up better. Definitely not happy with it

I ordered from gvmled.com my first reaction when I opened the box was just, “Seriously?” The kit was missing some basic stuff, including the adapter ring, and one of the cables wasn’t there either, so I couldn’t even get it set up right away.

I had to email them and then sit around waiting, which was super frustrating. For what it costs, everything should be in the box the first time. Not exactly the best first impression.
